Refund policy

At Scents of Reverie, we want you to love your purchase—but if it’s not quite a match, no worries. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and the process couldn’t be easier. Simply use our self-serve returns portal through Shopify to get started. Just a heads-up: items from our Body Oils and Fragrance Mists collections are final sale, so once they’re yours, they’re here to stay.

For eligible returns, you’ll cover the return shipping cost, but don’t worry—we’ll never charge you a restocking fee. Once your return is approved and the item makes its way back to us, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
